Check-in Time?

As a general guide, check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Tell us your arrival time, in case you schedule and do your early check-in, we will do everything possible to make your room available.

DEPARTURE TIME?

As a rough guide, the departure time is before 1:00 pm. If you plan a late departure, please let us know your departure time, we will do our best to meet your needs.

THE RECEPTION IS OPEN 24 HOURS?

Yes, the reception service is available 24 hours a day.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SPEAKED IN THE RECEPTION?

Italian, English, French and Spanish.

CAN I LEAVE MY BAGGAGE?

Yes, we can take care of your BAGGAGE. If at the time of check-in, your room is not ready yet or in the case of early departure. We will store your BAGGAGE free of charge on the days of entry and exit.

INTERNET CONNECTION?

A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.

The rooms have high speed (wireless) web connectivity.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

The nearest airport is Punta Cana International Airport, which is approximately 13 km away. 14 minutes.

CAN I RENT A CAR AT THE HOTEL OR NEAR?

Yes, you can rent a car through the hotel or with one of the local car rental specialists with whom we have special agreements in force.

IF I COME BY CAR, WHAT EXIT OF THE MOTORWAY MUST I TAKE?

Punta Cana exit, turn to the left towards Bávaro, until the town called FRIUSA.

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Breakfast is offered to all guests staying at the hotel.

The continental breakfast includes a selection of croissants, charcuterie, cheeses, eggs and bacon.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00, every day.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BALCONY AND SUITE AND A SINGLE STANDARD?

Besides the size, the Balcony Suite is bigger, also the furniture and the decorations are different.

WHEN THE ROOMS WERE RENEWED FOR LAST TIME?

The hotel has been recently completely renovated in May 2018.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BALCONY SUITE AND A BALCONY JUNIOR SUITE?

A double room has two double beds, while a double room has two Queen size beds.

DO YOU HAVE CONTIGUOUS ROOMS?

Yes. If you need adjoining rooms, request them when making your reservation.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS FOR SMOKERS AND NON-SMOKERS?

You can choose room for smokers or non-smokers as you prefer.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS THAT HAVE SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

At the moment these rooms are not available, request them when making your reservation.

THE BATHS HAVE BATHTUBS OR SHOWERS?

Most rooms have a shower. The bathtub is available at the moment of reservation.

HOW MANY FLOORS DOES THE HOTEL HAVE?

The hotel has three floors in total.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?

We do not have elevators.

HOW MANY BARS THE HOTEL HAVE ?

The hotel has a bar.

Our hotel has 2 private parking.

As soon as you have planned your trip! Sometimes we have last minute availability, but in general, the earlier you book, the lower the room rate.

IS IT CHEAPER TO BOOK ONLINE?

On our site, you will find a number of deals cheaper than the official rate, but there are certain restrictions. You can save more than 15%.

IS THE ONLINE RESERVATION PROCEDURE SAFE?

The prices indicated are always per room for Bed & Breakfast, it is always important to verify the most comfortable room type.

Yes, children up to 2 years old stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

WHEN SHOULD I PAY THE ACCOMMODATION?

The payment of any outstanding balance is made at the time of check-in.
